Right in the centre of Rome, this apartment will allow you to benefit from a stay in an area where you will have access to all the services that a big city offers locals and visitors. Ancient Rome may also be reached on foot: the Coliseum is barely a 15-minute walk away down Via Cavour, and once you're there you will reach the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Largo Argentina and many other sites very easily. As for public transportation, the Termini railway station is only 5 minutes away. The apartment: This lovely apartment is located on the 6th floor (lift available). The apartment is composed by a completely equipped kitchen, a living room with a single sofa bed (120cm wide), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom with a small bathtub and a fantastic terrace. The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING. The size of the apartment is about 70 square metres, plus the terrace (30 square metres). IMPORTANT: Making a reservation means reserving the whole flat and NOT just a bed!! The price includes: The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. Pets are not allowed. Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro 200 is strictly required. This amount will be fully refunded to you upon check-out provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in after 10pm (22:00) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of 20 Euro.
