The park could be a pleasant place for nice walks and it makes the flat quiet. The apartment is 300 metres from the Caffarella historic park ( Cecilia Metella shrine and Appia Antica, with bike rental facilities).

 The "Furio Camillo" underground station is 300 metres from the apartment (the line "A" of the subway leads directly to Spanish Steps, del Popolo square, St.Peter square, Termini station...).
With 20 minutes walking you can reach St.John Cathedral.
The beach of Ostia is 20 Km.

The fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a large kitchen and a roomy bathroom. It is absolutely comfortable for 4 people, but it can host 6 people.
The small block of flats has a nice entrance hall and two elevators.
