.The Bed and Breakfast andquot;A Home for Holidayandquot; is the ideal for a happy holiday in Rome It is situated near the historic centre, rich of antiquities and beauties and site of cultural events. Near the Basilica of Saint John Lateran, Cathedral of Rome; near the Colosseum, symbol of the Eternal City, the Imperial Forums, the Roman Forum, the Palatine Hill. A few minutesandrsquo; walk will take you to the Churches of Saint Mary Major and Saint Clemente; with some bus stops, you will get to Venice Square and the Vittoriano, Navona Square and the Pantheon. The andldquo;b and bandrdquo; structure will make you enjoy your stay because of its central position. It is 400 m . far from the A underground stop andldquo;Saint Johnandrdquo;, in the homonym Lateran Square, centre of public trasport links for any direction (*). Situated beyond Appia Street , you can easily reach the Stations: Termini, Tiburtina and Tuscolana. Some underground stops are needed to arrive at the Trevi Fountain, the Basilica of Saint Peter and the Vatican State . The flat is on the sixth floor of a pleasant building, in a quiet private street (with possibility of parking ),closed to traffic,but near gardens,places of entertaintment,shops, markets (**) There are three large rooms, comfortable and lighted, two of which are at disposal of the guests, both furnished in elegant classic style and oak wood parquet floor, with TV set provided. The 2 bedrooms overlook on a large living terrace, where you can relax among beautiful plants and flowers. The 2 bathrooms ( both with WC, shower, alarm set and window ) are next to the rooms, not en-suite, but private and for the guests only. In the living kitchen, you will have breakfast in the morning (Italian traditional or anything else, on request) in the dining-room, comfortable for al the potential guests. No smoking is allowed, except in the terrace. No animals are allowed. The house has just been remodelled and its atmosphere is particularly accurated and warmly familiar. Our family, being the staff, speaks the English language and will help you to organize touristic visits or any routes required (about art, culture, sport or cooking). Not only (+++) Among the unmissable attractions of the Capital of Italy, we assure you will be AS AT HOME IN ROME (*) Besides A and B lines of the underground, many bus lines and extra-urban coaches. (**) And the typical local market of Sannio Street , between the gardens of Carlo Felice Street and Villa Celimontana. (***) Being the andldquo;b and bandrdquo; also near the Saint John Hospital, the stay could be useful in case of medical visits ( not only in case of emergency, that we do not wish at all). The flat is on the third floor of a pleasant building, in a quiet private street (withandnbsp;the parking possibility ) andquot;Via Suandeacute;ssola, 1andquot; FROM HIGHWAY: Exit ROMA EST, then follow indications TANGENZIALE EST direction APPIO SAN GIOVANNI, take VIA LA SPEZIA and continue until you reach the arches of PORTA SAN GIOVANNI (on your right side). Leave them on the right, go ahead and take VIA MAGNAGRECIA (on the right corner, there is a COIN Store). After two traffic lights, turn on the left, take VIA FALERIA; after 20 metres, the first turning on the right, VIA CUMA, and after other 20 metres, the first turning on the left, VIA SUESSOLA. FROM ROME TERMINI RAILWAY STATION: By underground: take Line A (orange) direction ANAGNINA and get off at SAN GIOVANNI stop. By bus: lines 16 and 360 will take you to SAN GIOVANNI BASILICA. From Tuscolana Station By Bus: 16 and 85 to San Giovanni. From Tiburtina Station Line B up to Station Termini and Line A to San Giovanni. By Bus: 649. Buses from Storic Centre: 81,85,87,186,628,850. From San Giovanni, it is 200 metres on foot. Take VIA MAGNAGRECIA (COIN store at the corner), on the left side for 100 metres. At the first traffic light, turn left and take VIA ARDEA, ahead for 50 metres, turn right into VIA FALERIA, a little ahead, turn on the left, VIA CUMA, and on the right again, VIA SUESSOLA. FROM ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT : Regular shuttle bus service connects CIAMPINO airport with ANAGNINA metro station. Take Line A (orange) direction BATTISTINI and get off at SAN GIOVANNI stop. FROM ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT : There are train connections FIUMICINO airport andndash; TERMINI railway station and FIUMICINO airport - TUSCOLANA train station every 15-20 minutes from where SAN GIOVANNI area is easily reachable by underground.
