The apartment is located in the historic area of Prati, near Saint Peterandrsquo;s Square and the Vatican City. You can easily reach the Popolo Square in ten minutes; the Spanish Steps, the Fountain of Trevi, the main Corso and the Navona Square are also nearby. Aleandrsquo;s Home is a first floor apartment, finely restored in November 2007, with four guest rooms and a large communal space, all with wood floors. Each room is quiet, with a large window and its own bathroom. The beds have orthopedic, antiallergenic mattresses and the rooms have air conditioning and color LCD TV. Each room has two single beds, to accommodate twin or single use, that can be joined to make a double bed as needed. The communal area has a well-equipped modern corner kitchen for your use.andnbsp; A garage and a bar for your breakfast are only a few meters from the front door. Fees are increased by 20% in the high season (Christmas and New Years, Easter week and the weekends that include May 1 and August 15). Fees are for a double occupancy room and include breakfast, services, water, gas, electricity, change of sheets twice a week, towels and cleaning service at the end of your stay. Animals are not allowed.
