The new Holiday Home Chirò, recently renovated, is situated at 15 minutes from the center of Rome, in a friendly position, through the underground, to reach quickly all your destinations. From travel lovers as we are, we decided to dedicate ourselves to welcome the guests who are looking for a comfortable and pleasant but the warmth of a direct and simple contact with the "owners". Our house is a family vacation, managed by Matteo and Michela and their daughter Rosanna: We always try to do our best to meet the needs of our guests, we give them our full availability of time and we are happy when we make them feel at home.
The house, with its own entrance, consists of living and cooking area, a spacious bedroom and private bathroom.

The rooms like every part of the structure are designed and decorated with refined and impeccable style and are rearranged and cleaned every two days. The facility can accommodate up to max 5 persons and is equipped with flat TV 42 ", central heating and wireless internet.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, fridge, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. The holiday house offers a familiar and quiet athmosphere, availability and discretion, advices and itineraries for all information on the city for an enjoyable stay in Rome.

The Holiday Home Chirò is an apartment of about 40 sq. meters which includes a large living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom. It has its own entrance and offers all the needed comfort (renovated in late 2008). The house has double glazing, central heating, internet connection with wireless network (free of charge). The facility can accommodate up to 5 people.

The Bedroom
The bedroom is furnished with a bed, a modern and spacious wardrobe, two bedside tables and two pouffes. A third single bed can be added, if required.

The Bathroom
The bathroom includes a large shower and is equipped with hairdryer, towels and soap (in the adjacent disengagement is a cupboard with board, iron, stretch cloth and the need for shoes cleaning).

The Living Room
The large and bright living room includes a leather sofa bed, a 42-inch Flat TV with integrated digital terrestrial, a DVD player and a library of novels and books of essays and several books on deepening the city of Rome. The living room includes a kitchen full equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, coffee machine "Nespresso" with different types of available capsules, plates and dishes. In it, you'll find everything you need to prepare a full breakfast. As a sign of welcome, you will find the foodstuffs you need to prepare a quick pasta meal (spaghetti, tomato and tuna/pesto), and fresh fruit.

Chirò Holiday Home is located in the Northern area of Rome between the mainroads Via Flaminia and Via Grottarossa, at just 20 meters from the bus stop (line 039) that in a few minutes takes you to the subway train that goes to Rome center (Piazzale Flaminio / Piazza del Popolo ). The owner offers free transfer to the subway train (so that you can save the 5 min. bus) that will take you to the center in 15-20 minutes.
Upon your arrival with a warm welcome we provide you the house's keys to be independent, some basic food to prepare your first meal, the map of the city and useful material on the events scheduled for the specific period.
