The “Francis Apartment- Guest House to Rome” " is pleased to invite you on these pages for a visit to his lodging in Rome within a step from historical centre, and wants to provide to its guests a cordial and discreet service in one of the most charming areas of our region.

Thanks to its strategic position, close to the main arterial roads, the Street Tuscolana – Cinecittà – Appia, the G.R.A (to 1 km), the motorway Auto Sole A1 (Milan-Florence-Rome-Naples) and A24 (Rome-L’Aquila-Teramo-Pescara) exit South Rome, its guests can reach rapidly all tourist and commercial centres of the city and of the our region.

The “Francis Apartment” is situated in front of the SUBWAY STOP ‘Lucio Sestio’ (subway line ‘A’) and in front of the bus and taxi station; the railway station ‘Tuscolana’ and the ‘Ciampino Airport’ to 10minutes.

Thanks to his comfortable position, our lodging is not only the ideal place to spend an happy holiday in Rome, visiting historical places as Spagna Square, Trinità dei Monti, Colosseo, St.Peter Square and Venezia Square, but also a wonderful starting point for visiting the outskirts of Rome, such as for example the ‘Sabine Hills’, an area a few kilometres of the city, rich in precious historic and archaeological wonders and lovely natural landscapes you simply cannot miss.

From the lodging, you can walk along the Tuscolana Street (the zone most commercial of Rome) and to reach in 5 minutes, the Commercial Center of “Cinecittà 2”, the Cinecittà Studios (film and television), or if you prefer, going to the district of St.Giovanni, the top of the Roman shopping!!!
There are a lot of shops, such as SMA supermarkets, UPIM, pharmacies, internet points, pubs, pizzeria, restaurants, cinema, banks, Italian coffee bar, fitness center... and you can choice what you need!

Near to the Ciampino Airport (10min), to the G.R.A.(1kilometre) and to the Policlinico University of Tor Vergata and the Campus Bio-medico in via Longoni, to IKEA commercial Center and Leroy Merlin.
By the subway line ‘A’ (the stop ‘Lucio Sestio’ is in front of the apartment), it is easily and rapidly reached all the center of the city, because from Lucio Sestio you arrive:

to the railway station of Termini, central station with national and international departures, (subway line ‘A’ and ‘B’);
to the railway station of Tuscolana (stop Pontelungo);
to the railway station of Tiburtina (stop Termini line ‘A’ and Termini-Tiburtina line ‘B’);
to the stop Ottaviano-St Peters near the St Peters Basilica and the città del Vaticano;
to the stop Spagna and from here visiting Via del Corso, Piazza Navona, Trinità dei Monti, Campo dei Fiori.

The apartment furnishings is designed to make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. There are 2 ample bedrooms all tastefully furnished with central heating and air conditioning, a living-room with balcony and with a sofa-bed one place.The kitchen, is in wood of Russian pine. The appliances among the which the gas cooker with 4 fires and the frigo with freezer, offers the necessary home comfort to spend a complete vacation of every convenience. The ample bath arranges of shower and is provided of bidet. The washing machine is available for the guests. (SLEEPY tot. nr. 5)

CHECK IN: from 16 p.m. to 20 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.

CHECK OUT: It is necessary to leave the rooms not later then 11.00 a.m.
