Maison Genevois 3 ממוקם בליבה של רומא רק במרחק הליכה קצר במרכז ההיסטורי, במיוחד את רבע לוקסוס "Prati". בשל מיקומו האסטרטגי שלו, במרחק הליכה תוך 7 דקות S. פיטר, ואת הוותיקן מוזיאון הוותיקן, פיאצה די ספניה, Pantheon, Piazza Navona ו Piazza del Popolo.
