Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen i en byggnad på en lugn privat gatan, med parkering, stängd för trafik, men nära till trädgårdar och platser av underhållning, butiker och gallerior (**).

Det består av fyra stora rum, bekväma och ljusa, av vilka tre är tillgängliga för kunder, dekorerat på engelska land stil och utrustade med TV.
